  • We will notify you by email of the outcome of your application. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on the payment method, it may take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions and Ineligibility

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of the original transaction.

  • Services already consumed or completed as agreed.

  • Situations where the customer changed their mind after the service or product was delivered as described.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a transaction or service prior to its completion:

  1. Send a cancellation request to cancel@paybysplit.com with your transaction number and reason for cancellation.

  2. If the cancellation is made prior to the provision of the service or shipment of the product, a full refund will be processed.

  3. If the cancellation is made after the service has begun or the product has been shipped, pro-rata charges will apply based on the status of the service or product.
