Cancellation Policy

We understand that at times it may be necessary to cancel an order or subscription. These cancellation policies explain the conditions and procedures for canceling orders and subscriptions placed through our website, paybysplit.com (the “Site”).
Order Cancellation
Product Orders
Cancellation Period: Product orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order within the allowed period, please contact us through our customer service at cancelaciones@paybysplit.com providing your order number and product details.
Refunds: If the cancellation is made within the cancellation period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
Ordering Services
Cancellation Period: Orders for services may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation of Subscriptions
Initial Cancellation Period: Subscriptions can be cancelled free of charge within 7 days of initial subscription.
Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. An email reminder will be sent 7 days prior to renewal.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on the Site and go to the “Subscription Management” section or contact us at cancelaciones@paybysplit.com.
Effectiveness of Cancellation: Subscription cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order or subscription at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
Failure to comply with our Terms of Service.
Fraud or suspicious activity.
Incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
In the event that we cancel an order or subscription, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued, if applicable.
